Team Naver Partners with Mobiltech to Expand Saudi Arabia’s Digital Ecosystem
Team Naver is joining forces with Korean startups to accelerate the expansion of Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem. Following partnerships with the Korea Land and Geospatial InformatiX Corporation (LX Corporation) and K-water, this initiative is expected to solidify Team Naver’s global business foundation further.
NAVER Cloud (CEO Yuwon Kim) announced that the company signed an MOU with participating startups on February 10 (local time) during the LEAP 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The agreement focuses on ‘Information exchange and business collaboration among Korean digital enterprises for entry into the Saudi digital market.’
The MOU signing ceremony was attended by Seon ju Chae, NAVER Corp’s Head of External & ESG Policy; Yuwon Kim, CEO of Naver Cloud; SangOk Seok, CEO of NAVER LABS Corp.; SangJoong Lee, President of the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA); Byung Jun Moon, Acting Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Saudi Arabia; and representatives from 11 Korean IT startups.
The MOU brings together startups specializing in security, smart cities, autonomous driving, AI solutions, and software development. These companies are keen to enter the Saudi Arabian market through the LEAP 2025 event.

Team Naver aims to collaborate with top-tier Korean startups across various fields through this MOU to expand Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem further. Currently, Team Naver is also working with LX and K-water on the development of a Saudi Arabian digital twin platform.
